On 28 November 2011, Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) Hong Kong Macau Chapter held a seminar on Securing Cloud Data at Manetic’s seminar room. The seminar aims to promote the use of best practices for providing security assurance within Cloud Computing and to provide education on its uses to help secure all other forms of computing.
Guest speakers were Mr. Terry Cheung, deputy chairman of CSA (Hong Kong Macau Chapter) and Mr. Lee Field from Verizon Hong Kong. Mr. Terry Cheung gave a brief introduction on CSA and Mr. Lee Field shared his insights of IS security offering strategies to help participants protect their cloud data from his expertise of Cloud computing.
